All shows are available to be watched for at least 48 hours after the show. Please allow anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours for the restream to be uploaded (depending on the length of the show). You will not be able to start the show from the beginning until it plays through one time.
You will receive a stream link and an access code on the confirmation page immediately after your payment is processed. Take a screenshot when you see it for your records! You should also receive your ticket info via email, be sure to check your spam folder. For some, but not all shows, you will also receive the ticket info via SMS message.
If you did not receive your stream link and access code or didn’t make it to the confirmation screen, be sure to reach out to [email protected] and we’ll get you set up!
You can go to the stream link either on your phone or your computer and then simply enter your access code to access the stream page.
You can cast/mirror a show directly to your TV from your phone or computer if you have an Apple TV or Roku device. With the proper adapters, it's possible to connect your device directly to your television (such as via HDMI).
Your code will only work on one device. You will be able to get back to the stream page using that same device/access code multiple times without issue.
When you purchase a pass that includes multiple shows, you will receive a single stream link and access code. The link will give you access to all shows included with the multi-show pass and your access code will work on one device for each show!
Most of the merchandise fulfillment is handled entirely by the artists, so it’s hard to give an exact delivery time frame. Most merch is created on demand, so please allow 3 weeks after the date of the show for it to ship and additional delivery time unless otherwise noted.
