HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?

You will be able to access the event page directly from the confirmation page immediately after your payment is processed. Quickly access your ticket(s) at any time by signing in to your account and visiting the My Shows page. You will also receive your ticket information via email and optionally via text.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN’T SEE THE CONFIRMATION PAGE?

Simply go to the My Shows page of your account to view your ticket. You can also check your email for access to your event and be sure to try your spam if you can’t find it. If you still can’t locate your ticket, reach out to [email protected] and we’ll get you set up!

WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

No more misplaced tickets. Having an account automatically stores your tickets for you to quickly gain access to your available events. You can also save your information for faster, simple checkouts when you come back. Finally, customer service can quickly troubleshoot any issues you may encounter, by simply looking up your account.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?

Once you have an account, login by first entering your email address. You will receive an email with a verification code. Use that code to access your account. Verify your phone number on your profile page to unlock logging in by phone. Be sure to check your email or text spam if you don’t get your verification code initially.

HOW DO I CLAIM A TICKET TO A FREE EVENT?

You must have an account to claim your free ticket. Signing up only takes a minute and you’ll receive your ticket instantly. Access the event directly from your confirmation page or go to your My Shows page to view and manage your ticket(s) in the future.

HOW DO MULTI-EVENT PASSES WORK?

When you obtain a pass that includes multiple events, your account will automatically gain access to all associated events. Quickly access events from your My Shows page or from the email and/or text we send you with your ticket information.

CAN I SHARE EXTRA TICKETS WITH FRIENDS?

Of course! The best part of any experience is having your friends join you and that’s why we’ve made it so easy to share any additional tickets you may have. Click “Share” next to the ticket you wish to share either from your My Shows page or directly from the confirmation page. Simply enter the recipient's name and email + a short message (optional) to share. You will receive confirmation once the ticket has been accepted.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE MERCH I BOUGHT?

Merchandise is exclusive and limited edition. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the date of the event for it to ship and additional delivery time unless otherwise noted. *Due to Covid-19 related delays in fulfillment, some orders may experience additional shipping time, but we are always working hard to get you your goods!
