HOW DO I GET MY TICKET ?

You will receive a stream link and an access code on the confirmation page immediately after your payment is processed. Take a screenshot when you see it for your records or create an account to quickly access your ticket via your My Shows page in the future. You will also receive your ticket info via email and optionally via text.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN’T GET MY TICKET INSTANTLY ON CONFIRMATION ?

If you made a purchase while logged into your account, simply go to your My Shows page to view your ticket. If you checked out as a guest, didn’t see the confirmation page, and / or did not receive your stream link + access code via email or text, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t locate your ticket, reach out to [email protected] and we’ll get you set up!

WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT ?

Having an account automatically stores your tickets to quickly gain access to your available events. You can also save your information for faster, simple checkouts when you come back. Finally, receive information about exclusive opportunities and discounts.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT ?

Once you’ve created an account, login by first entering your email address. You will receive an email with a verification code. Use that code to access your account. Verify your phone number on your profile page to unlock logging in by phone. Be sure to check your email or text spam if you don’t get your verification code.

HOW DO I CLAIM A TICKET TO A FREE EVENT ?

You must have an account to claim your free ticket. Signing up only takes a minute and you’ll receive your ticket instantly. If available, access the event directly from your confirmation page or go to your My Shows page to view your ticket(s).

HOW DO MULTI-EVENT PASSES WORK ?

When you purchase a pass that includes multiple events, you will receive a single stream link and access code. The link will give you access to all events included with the multi-event pass.

CAN I SHARE EXTRA TICKETS WITH FRIENDS ?

Of course! The best part of any experience is having your friends join you and that’s why we’ve made it so easy to share additional tickets you purchase. Click “Share” next to the access code you wish to share either from your My Shows page or directly from the confirmation page after your purchase. Simply enter the recipient's name and email + a short message (optional) to share. You will receive confirmation once the ticket has been accepted.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE MERCH I BOUGHT ?

Merchandise is exclusive and limited edition. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks after the date of the event for it to ship and additional delivery time unless otherwise noted. * Due to Covid - 19 related delays in fulfillment, some orders may experience additional shipping time, but we are always working hard to get you your goods!
